Technical Support Person - Litigation Support Services
Southwest Legal Solutions, San Antonio’s leading Support Services Company
is looking for a Technical Support Person.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective, professional
and comprehensive end user software support. As a member of
the Data Management Department the Technical Support Person must demonstrate
superior technical knowledge, customer service skills and professionalism
when interacting with customers. The Technical Support Person is required
to develop strong working relationships with key customers through on-going
support and education regarding Southwest Legal Solutions services.
This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong
customer service skills and the ability to work effectively
under pressure.
Applicants must possess a post-secondary education as well as experience with
litigation support software (especially Summation).
